BSEC conjointly approved the IPO of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd
for floating 1.26 crore ordinary shares at the price of 25/-, including
15/- premium, for each to raise Tk 31.70 crore to repay its bank loans
and IPO expenses.The earning per share was Tk 2.32 and net asset value, including asset revaluation, was Tk 25.72 as per financial statement over on thirty June 2013.
