Hwa Well Textiles Ltd IPO Subscription was from 17-23 February 2014 for Residence Bangladeshi and 17 Feb-03 Mar 2014 for NRB. Hwa Well Textiles IPO lottery will be held on 20th March, 2014 at IEB, Dhaka on 10am.

Primary Status of Hwa Well Textile IPO of Textiles (BD) Ltd .:

All concerned are hereby informed that, Total amount of subscription (excluding NRB)=Tk.8,703,150,000 & No. of application=17,40,630. Total amount received from NRB Tk. 110,100,000 & No. of application=22,020 up to 23 February 2014. Hence, total application received (including NRB) 17,62,650 against 40,000 lots up to 23rd February. So, IPO over subscript 44 times as per primary status.

 But last date of NRB application submitting was 3rd March, 2014. So IPO may oversubscribe around 50 times if final status publish. Hwa Well Textiles IPO over subscript about 44 times as per primary status.

This IPO approved by Securities and Exchange Commission on December, 2013 to raise fund worth Tk 20 cores at an issue price of Tk 10 each share without any premium for the company’s business expansion. The company will use the IPO fund to purchase machinery, land including development, build new factory building, change the existing machinery and meet up the IPO expenses. As per financial statement of the company EPS is 3.66. NAV is 28.25/-.
