Primary Status of IPO of AFC Agro Biotech Ltd.:
Total amount of subscription (excluding NRB)=Tk.6,913,740,010 & Total No. of application=1,082,478. Total amount received from NRB Tk. 113,970,000 & Total application from NRB=22,794 up to 18 December 2013. Hence, Total Application received along with NRB =11,05,272 against 24,000 lots but the NRB application submission last date was 21st December. May be another 40000-50000 NRB application may be added in the mean time. IPO may be over subscript about 50 times then IPO Size.
AFC Agro Biotech can offload twelve million stock of Taka 10/- with none premium, to boost a fund price Taka one hundred twenty million below the fixed price methodology.
