Market lot contains 200 shares each.  There are total authorized Capital Tk. 2,750,000,000.00 and Pre- ipo paid Capital Tk. 1,000,000,000.00 (including non-public placement of Tk. 400,000,000.00). Total ipo shares size in 30,000,000. every share Face value Tk. 10.00 and asking price per share Tk. 30.00 (including a premium of Tk. 20.00 per share).
