Orion Pharma get IPO approval. Orion Pharma got approval for their initial public offerings from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The approval came at a commission today's Tuesday presided over by its chairman prof M Khairul Hossain.
Orion Pharma can offload 4,00,00,000 shares at an offer value of 60 taka with 50 taka premium. ICB Capital Management can act as issue manager of this Initial Public Offering (IPO) method.
This is for kind information that earlier the Beacon Pharma renamed to Orion Phrama took 100/- including 90/- premium in private placement.
