Stapes taken for Stabilization Capital Market by SEC

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday announced the much-expected three-phase market stabilisation package with a special scheme for small investors to help them recoup their losses.


The long-term programme under the package will be implemented in 4-6 months while the medium-term one by three months and the short-term one immediately, SEC chairman Prof Dr Khairul Hossain told reporters at a press conference.
