Total amount received from NRB Tk. 175,000,000.00 & Total application from NRB=35,000 up to 20 January 2014.

Emerald Oil Industries Ltd. is producing rice bran edible oil, Spondon since 2011. Rice bran oil is one kind of oil that is extracted from the inner husk of rice plants.

Emerald Oil Industries Ltd. is a 100% Refined Rice Bran Oil & 100% Pure, Clean company in Dhaka.
According to the prospectus, the IPO proceeds will be used to pay off loan taken from the banks, investment and IPO purpose.

As per financial statement ended on 30 June, 2013, EPS=2.85/- and NAV is 14.06/- of the company. Alliance Financial Service Ltd will act as a Issue manager of this IPO.

Shahjibazar Power gets go-ahead for IPO.   Shahjibazar Power Co plans to raise Tk 31.7 crore through an initial public offer (IPO) to pay bank loans.

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) yesterday, 15th January 2014 gave the green lightweight to the rental power generation company to rise the fund through 1.26 crore ordinary shares of Tk ten every at a proposal value of Tk twenty five.
AAA Consultants and financial Advisers can manage the IPO, prospectus of that was approved at a gathering presided over by BSEC Chairman Mr. Khairul Hossain, the regulator same in an exceedingly statement.
The company's weighted average Earnings Per Share (EPS), as of March 2013, stood at Tk 2.54 and Net Asset Value (NAV) Tk 24.58 per share.
After listing, Shahjibazar Power are the sixteenth company within the fuel and power sector within the stockmarket.

Hwa Well Textiles Limited IPO Subscription started from 17th February 2014 . IPO Subscription will be from 17-23 February 2014 for RB and 17 Feb-4 Mar 2014 for NRB.

Earlier Hwa Well Textiles Limited IPO approved approved by The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on 24th December, 2013 to raise fund worth Tk 20 crores. This amount will be used  for the company’s business expansion.

Hwa Well Textiles will issue 2 crore ordinary shares through the IPO at an issue price of Tk 10 each share (no premium).
