Global Heavy Chemical
Global Heavy Chemical Ltd gets green light for IPO. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) yesterday approved the IPO prospectus of Global Heavy Chemicals Ltd, which is able to rise Tk twenty four cores from public.

The approval to the initial public providing
(IPO) of the sister concern of Opsonin Group came at a gathering  presided over by SEC Chairman M Khairul Hossain.

Global Heavy can

Otobi IPO is coming soon!

Otobi offers IPOs with excess premium.

Otobi has
wanted approval for creating Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to gather funds from the market with excess premium, alleged market-related sources.

Otobi, the
known piece of furniture producing company, created the appeal to stock exchange watchdog – the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeking its permission for providing primary shares to raise its paid capital. Otobi

initial public offering application nowadays is into consideration of the SEC. Sources same, Otobi placed the initial public offering application on April twenty six last at the dhaka stock exchange (DSE) however the DSE authority sent it to SEC while not scrutinizing.

As per the proposal,

Commenting on this, DSE President Rakibur Rahman said: “A company definitely will add premium to its primary shares, however the economic condition of the company should be seen 1st. On the opposite hand, charging excess premium discourages the investors and whereas lower premium encourages them.”

“The company
that wishes to enter the market with premium are often brought below safety net. this can guarantee security of the investors,” he added.

Mimco Jute Mills Limited IPO

Janata Capital, Mimco Jute Mills sign IPO deal.
 
Janata Capital and Investment limited (JICL), a subsidiary of Janata Bank restricted, entered into an agreement with Mimco Jute Mills limited on ipo management issue. below this agreement, Janata Capital can work as ipo issue manager of Mimco Jute Mills. Md. Jahangir Mia, corporate executive of JCIL and Md. Yusuf mollah, managing director of Mimco Jute Mills, signed the deal severally at the board space of Janata Bank within the town on thursday, says a handout.

 
Md. Najibor Rahman, chairman of JCIL and SM Aminur Rahman, corporate executive and administrator of Janata bank, were additionally present at the signing ceremony.

Sunlife Insurance and Premier Cement get IPO approval

Sunlife Insurance and Premier Cement get IPO approval. Sunlife insurance company limited and Premier Cement Mills limited got approval for their initial public offerings from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The approval came at a commission meeting wednesday presided over by its chairman prof M Khairul Hossain.

Sunlife Insurance can offload twelve million stock at an offer value of Tk ten every to collect Tk a hundred and twenty million by exploitation fixed price method.According to its latest financial statement, the earning per shares of Sunlife insurance company is Tk 6.54.Banco Finance and Investment Ltd can act as issue manager of initial public offering (IPO) method.

Premier Cement Mills also will float twelve million ordinary shares of Tk ten every at an offer value of Tk twenty two as well as a premium of Tk twelve. Premier Cement can raise Tk 264 million from the market through initial offering. According to its 2010-2011 financial statement, the earning per share of Premier Cement is Tk four.05. Alliance financial Services are the issue manager for ipo method.

In going for initial offering, Sunlife Insurance are the forty sixth company within the insurance sector whereas Premier Cement Mills are the seventh company in cement sector.

ARGON DENIMS LTD IPO Subscription start

ARGON DENIMS LTD IPO Subscription will be start again. The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise Tk 132 crore. Argon Denims Ltd’ will float 3, 00, 00,000 ordinary shares of Tk 10 each at an offer price of Tk 44, including a premium of Tk 34.

The company will use the IPO proceeds for expansion and purchase of new machinery and to meet its working capital requirement.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 5.46 as per the 2011 Financial Statements. LankaBangla Investments Ltd. and Satcom IT Ltd. have been appointed as Issue Manager and Post Issue Manager respectably by Argon Denims Ltd.

As per its revised IPO, can float 3 core ordinary shares of 10/- every at an offer value of 35/-, including a premium of 25/-.

Previously, the argon Denims IPO was approved at 44/-.
